Fiona Richmond, Head of Regional Food, Scotland Food & Drink, will chair our session and showcase the new Scotland Food & Drink Support Local Directory.
Fiona will be joined by business owners Emma Clark, of award-winning Glenegedale House Bed & Breakfast, Islay, and Vikki Wood, of The Wee Restaurant, North Queensferry and Edinburgh.
Both women, who run successful businesses with their families, will discuss the challenges of adapting business strategies and operations and shall share the outcomes of their activities. There will be time for a Q&A.
